Recently, CoinMarketCap has been hacked. Hackers exploited Coinmarketcap's website and opened Popups, where customers had to verify wallets like MetaMask etc., which ist scam. Be very careful when you are visiting CoinMarketCap

CoinMarketCap confirmed its hack already and said to be very careful. Hackers managed to put up Popups, a phishing tactic, where customers were asked to enter wallet details, which was an exploit by hackers.

It is news already:https://www.coindesk.com/tech/2025/06/21/coinmarketcap-briefly-exploited-with-wallet-phishing-pop-up-message

This is the old topic BABY SHOES already provide here.

I haven't used CoinMarketCrap in years, ever since I understood Bitcoin and realized that all alternative coins are crap and scams. Instead, I use https://bitbo.io/  it's an excellent portal with various data and models.
What do you mean ? CMC is not scam, it just attack by hackers and Hackers have used some tricks here to steal funds from users. However, CMC has already solved this issue. CMC is a very popular price tracking and token/coin information provider. How do you compare it to https://bitbo.io? I don't know about bitbo.
