In Italy a bank has purchased 10 bitcoin! It was something that has created more hype in terms of visibility then the real advantage of purchasing these coins.
I am not surprised that the "race" has not started at least here in my country.  And generally, even if many companies worldwide are buying there is not already a "supply shock".  Yes, I think that this would be the turning point with every company that start to understand the rules of the game
