I have requested "one year self exclusion " for my account on December, 5th 2023. Last week I contacted the support team, but one of their support said I have requested permanent exclusion. Ofcourse it was a mistake, I lost my account now.
I guess you should blame yourself for that kind of mistake, the mistake is from you, and the gambling site did what you requested for, it might be a mistake, but the gambling site doesn’t know that. Since your account have been permanently ban, then you can just create another a account, and keep on enjoying your gambling. I don’t know if you are having funds in the account, but if you are having, then sorry for your loss, but I don’t think you will leave funds in your account and request for temporary ban, and I don’t really know why you requested for ban at the first place.
