It's different when the bear happens and it's easier to accumulate during the bear because the price is cheaper and there are more people that have anxiety about its price. They think that it won't go high anymore and that's why if for some, spending is easy. But for me, spending is easier during bullish because the higher the price, the lower quantity of Bitcoin is being spend. So, those who have waited for the bull market, they are taking their profits and that's the reason why selling is easier at that point. And they will repeat the action and wait on the bear market to come for them to buy those sold BTCs back.
