It's about time they changed that for players below platinum 4, you are right. I can also confirm after asking my friend, he also doesn't see this information anymore, so they finally got rid of it in general.
At least you are close to leveling up now, congrats to that. Hopefully you will get a nice "recent gameplay" bonus as well as a decent reload next to the 1600$ you will receive for platinum 4. Don't lose the bonus though, in my experience if you play originals or something they always switch to collect mode once you get some bigger bonus into your account.
