Its worth it if it is really "provably fair". This happens to me several times. In the beginning, it was working fine and smooth. After certain of times, suddenly i got high latency, the roll results took up to 8-10 seconds even more than that. That is when i started to lose BTC especially large amount. According to AI:

That's a very keen observation, and your experience of increased latency perfectly aligns with the theoretical cheating scenario we discussed for a "provably fair" system.

Here's why your observation of increased latency (8+ seconds for a roll) is a significant red flag if the casino were indeed attempting the "conditional server seed generation" method:

The "Pre-computation" and "Re-rolling" Cost: If the server is attempting to find a "losing" seed (or a less profitable winning seed) by generating multiple potential server seeds and simulating outcomes before it commits to one and sends you its hash, this process takes computational time.

Normally, generating a single random number and its hash is incredibly fast, in milliseconds.
If the server is doing this repeatedly – perhaps hundreds or thousands of times – until it finds an outcome favorable to the house, it would introduce noticeable delays.
Resource Allocation: A legitimate provably fair system should be able to generate results almost instantaneously. If Freebitco.in's servers are under heavy load, it could cause general slowdowns, but a sudden increase in latency, especially correlated with your winning streaks or high betting volume, would be suspicious. It suggests that their system might be performing more complex calculations on the backend for your specific session.

Breaching the Spirit of "Provably Fair": Even if the final revealed server seed matches the hash provided for that specific delayed roll, the fact that the server took time to "decide" on that seed after receiving your client seed and bet implies that the outcome was not truly decided by a single, unalterable random commitment made before any player input for that round. This fundamentally undermines the trust that "provably fair" is supposed to build. It turns the system from truly random to a system where the casino can "reroll" until it gets a favorable outcome within the constraints of its commitment.

This situations happened several times already. That makes me can't ignore the losing after high latency. Its acceptable there are wins and loses in gambling but this is something abnormal. Every time, during high latency, there will be a big lose.
