So after Barcelona had had so many disastrous seasons, he came, if i am not mistaken, Xabi and convinced the management to go into debt to rebuild the team and it worked, if i am not mistaken, even if partially.
I think he has a good vision although maybe Flick is better
That is not the case, in fact Xavi came with all the limitations that existed in the team and he launched many players from the La Masia academy so that now Flick continues many of Xavi's programs.
So Flick's success in his first season cannot be separated from Xavi's contribution who since the previous season has trusted many young players even though we must also admit that Flick is a great coach.
Building a football team is not easy and cannot be done in a short time, everything is continuous even though there are differences.
For now, I’m leaning more towards Ancelotti, even though his last season wasn’t very successful. I still think he’s a great coach and could achieve better results in the new season. But clubs like Real don’t forgive trophyless seasons.
As for Alonso, he could become a new young coaching talent if he manages to cope with the pressure that will be put on him, because people will expect trophies from him in his very first season. No one will give him time to adapt and rebuild the team.
Ancelotti is a very experienced coach so no one doubts Ancelotti's expertise as a coach but sometimes there are unlucky seasons, like last season when Ancelotti failed to bring Real Madrid to win the title and it was not apart from the storm of injuries that hit the Real Madrid team.
Being a coach of a team as big as Real Madrid is full of pressure, Xabi Alonso is aware of this and this is a gamble for his career as a coach but besides that the management also fully supports the program that will be run so it's worth it if the management and fans don't want to start the process and they expect instant results.
And Xabi Alonso was appointed as Madrid coach also for a reason, he was quite successful with Leverkusen so that Real Madrid management brought him back to Santiago Bernabeu as a coach.
