Cristiano Ronaldo is already 40 years old, he is not young anymore and I think he has many reasons for his decision and the most reasonable one is that he maintains his fitness to stay fit and maintained for his target of playing in the 2026 World Cup in a fit condition.

Well, I see that many people say that he's old, that he's finished , but did you see how he Retired Imaine Yamal? What's the point of being so young if you don't have Experience? CR7 is perhaps in better physical shape than him; he got injured and still scores goals I will always assume that age is just a number, and it's a given that he'll be in the World Cup leading Portugal.

Ronaldo's passion for football is very high and he wouldn't stop at 40 years despite his age. I believe that he has this at the back of his mind since he started playing football. Which has enabled him to work on himself tirelessly both on skills and physiques. He is a legend and I will love to see his performance in 2026 world cup. Yamal is still a teen and needs time to build himself if he doesn't allow pride to take over him.

But Christiano Ronaldo is not the first player to play football at the age of 40, I believe there were players who played even at the age of 41. So you guys should stop making it look like he's the only player that has achieved this feat. Well I guess it's Ronaldo and people will always want to make it look so special I understand that. The guy is just waiting to see if he can leverage on the strength of his team mates to try his luck in next year world cup to see if he can win the only title his hasn't won in his career which I think he will never lay his hands on. By the way I thought he has already won the world cup, when he compared the Euros as equivalent to the world cup. 😂😂
