The key is still in our own self-control when gambling, when we have good self-control then there will be no excessive attitude in gambling. Many people gamble excessively and they tend to end up sadly, this happens in my opinion because there is indeed no good self-control when gambling. Now if we gamble with good self-control then we will gamble reasonably as you said playing enough and without being excessive.

But it is true that the temptation that arises when gambling cannot be hidden, I myself feel it and yes the temptation is quite strong. And it is indeed difficult to fight the temptation with the beginning being difficult but over time everything feels easy to do, as long as we can learn from previous events then we can be better in the future.
