Betmode official account is inactive since May 9th and they missed to pay the prizes for either fifth and sixth btc price price prediction contests : am curious if they just decided to abandon bitcointalk forum without honouring their contests or if something more serious is going on with them.
Anyone has some more infos about them?
The fact that their official representative has been away for quite some time is OK, at least for me. I don’t mind if he leaves the forum altogether. But what is not acceptable is not paying the winners of the contests and I don’t know why no one said anything about this before. Why hasn’t any of the winners complained about it and said that they didn’t receive their rewards?
Sorry to say this, but based on the recent comments it doesn’t seem like this casino can be trusted.
As per comment of Gen above. He is in contact with the support about the rewards. Probably, they are waiting for the prize distribution patiently since the support is responding.
Not until now they completely stop their communication altogether with their forum promotion and presence.
I hope they will comeback to clear everything since they already invested money on promotion here.
The support is responding but why takes that long time, xGen said that he got an answer on 30th while he started to contact them on 15th so it is a 2 weeks waiting just for a simple answer.
I have no experience in this casino but is this their standard of service while responding to user's complaint?
Or maybe this casino has no enough resources/staffs to handle support system so it takes too long just for a simple answer.
xGen's case is simple and it should not take that long time to solve because the admin can check the transaction system easily and quickly then make a decision.
That situation is very disappointing especially that you need to get an immediate clarification on your inquiries.
If they perform so bad especially on their support department many people would start to doubt or maybe think about that they are not good casino to deal with.
So if they really want to run a serious business here they better hire more staff to handle their support well. Since if they remain to be like that and people will continue to get disappointed the way they receive late response from them then provably that many gamblers would stay away on their casino.
