All clubs are the same, not only Barcelona that emphasizes players to give their all. That is common and has become the obligation of every player. The loyalty of players to Barcelona is indeed unquestionable, but in the end they also need adequate financial guarantees, in the midst of the club's financial uncertainty there are many players who decide to stay and now we can see little by little Barcelona's finances are starting to improve even though it is not significant but I hope it will be a good starting point in the future.
Is Barcelona's financial situation really getting better? I haven't been following their situation lately, but it seems to me that they couldn't improve their financial situation so quickly, they just learn to live with it and if they achieve some success, they reduce their debts a little, but this is a task for many years, especially since they will always need new transfers, so they will have big expenses. Not all players equally adequately assess this situation, like Messi, Barcelona paid him huge money, even when they had financial problems, but he did not think about making any concessions.

It's funny how a lot of people don't understand what the situation of Barcelona's finances is. A lot of people just go with the misconception that the media is feeding them.
Amongst the teams in Europe, there are no more than 2 teams that generate more money than Barcelona. Most people simply think they're broke and don't have money at all, which is not true. They generate a lot of money. If I'm not mistaken, only Real Madrid generated more money than Barcelona last season, and this is because Barcelona are not using their stadium yet, so they can generate any revenue from their stadium.

Aside from the FFP rules, which all clubs in every league must abide by, there are certain regulations in La Liga that every club must abide by, and this has limited the clubs a lot. We can see how teams in La liga can't keep their players and how even Madrid is now relying on free transfers and paying 50 million in instalments.
Barcelona is not broke, but they just need to make sure they can stay under the regulations given to them by the league.
