Am not really sure who is guilty here, but their management at the very least replied to your accusations multiple times across various topics as their team member himself suggested in that thread.

Some people don't even receive any replies to their accusations and get completely ignored. You probably won't be able to find any resolution within this forum which is why it's best that you focus on their site's customer care instead.
