I tried looking at the tags on the account the OP was referring to. The campaign abuse in question may be related to the @Richbased account that has been tagged as @agbamoni's alt account. @Richbased also joined the Rollbit campaign, as did @Stablexcoin.
You might want to look at how this has been the case in the past,

There's a correlation between previous accusation and recent accusation, only one of them come to explain and never comeback, sometimes behavior can't lie.
Regarding the alt rules in that thread, OP just said this,

Nope, that's not the alt rules.
It's only for the applications to being honest with the board they post, AFAIK distrust is put someone name with ~ on trust list, not negative feedback.
