The question here is how do you relieve your excitement? Do you continue to play or do you stop there? The particular habit I observe in gamblers, professional or amateur, is that they are concerned about winning but do not feel the need to relieve their excitement. They are prepared to lose money and in the same way, they avoid limitations in order to earn money from gambling.

I feel excitement every time when I lose or keep winning. Do you also feel excitement when you win or when you lose?
There's no excitement in losing, but the idea it to make sure you don't get too attached to your gambling activities, because losses is always a part of it. Yes we don't want to be sad anytime we make losses doesn't mean it shouldn't bother us. If we try to use such mentality we may end up being in a losing streak for too long and keep telling our self that it's going to be over soon. Just play for the fun of it, when you are losing too much, you take some time off, try to get your mind together then consider playing again or adjusting the rate at which you do play...
