  I am interested in hiring a dev to create a Telegram bot and some back end infra for monitoring testnet servers. This is the basic workflow:

1. Enter an IP address and a list of ports into the Telegram bot.
2. Bot back end pings server ports every X minutes.
3. Push Alerts on selected services, such Telegram itself, Email, etc. if the server does not respond.

This is a basic outline and Im open to suggestion and change in the entire outline, nothing is fixed.

I am aware there are other similar services, you don't need to point this out. I need my own solution.
