Playing Devil's Advocate, and giving them the benefit of the doubt, they probably tried to make everything right for their users, and so that they could start their new service with no problems and a clean image. But they probably didn't expected how hard it would be for making things right for their users?

Bro, they just pretended they would fix everything and come back fresh with a new website.
But as far as you can see, they have two more running casinos, and people are complaining here and there about their service. Withdrawals are pending, deposits are not being credited, and a lot more complaints. How are they supposed to fix everything? Just read a few more posts in the last two pages, and you will understand what I am talking about. They tried to come fresh, but it didn't work because some people cannot actually overcome their old habits.
