Gamblers are the main source of every gambling problems they face or cause for themselves to go through, I have said it before that any individual that knows that they can be easily addicted to gambling, they should stay away from it to avoid future problems. It's no joke that some people so vulnerable to addiction and once they just step into the gambling process, they don't take long and they are already addicted. Once you notice the kind of person you are and you know you can't hold back your emotions towards gambling and losses, then stay away, that's also a solution.
The problem is that it's very hard to quit the allure of gambling. That's why the only solution is not to get yourselves involved into it. But what if you grow on the environment that gambling is like a norm? There are countries that gambling is legal and so that could be the case for the most of us here. When at home you see that during family gatherings your elders are playing local card games with money on the line. Yes, it could be that they are just passing time and wanted to enjoy, but still if you are a kid, this might stuck to your mind that it's ok to gamble. And so when you grow up, you can't help yourself and then you start playing with friends in school and gradually turn into landbase casinos and now online games.
