Is true a professional coach who knows what advantage of quality players has will only be praying for a club with  the record to hire them to coach because they already knows what they would do with the players, strategies is like a recipe that each coaches has there unique own and the person that has the best brings the best results, is unfortunate for most of the coaches that might be struggling in coaching some of the teams that isn't strong to use his strategy with results. Real Madrid truly need such coach who would look at the players and no what to do with them.
