We all hope Ten Hag does well. The fact that United have struggled with several coaches who have been brought in other than Ten Hag proves that the problem is not only in the ability of the coach. But Ten Hag's challenge will actually start for the new season. If he does well, then the trust in him will increase and once again prove that he does have good ability. he may have to get full support from the existing team.
Ten Hag is a good coach, but he faced the challenge of having to rebuild the team from scratch. On one hand, he received all the necessary funding for new transfers and brought in a lot of players. The Manchester United management believed in him, giving him plenty of time and money. But despite being a good coach, his level clearly isn’t enough to achieve big results in the Premier League. He would probably have better luck in the Bundesliga.
