The card looks really decent.
As for the main event, both are strong in a stand-up and on the ground. Charles will have a height/reach advantage, but I'm not sure if that would be enough. The same could be said about his fight against Tsarukyan, but he lost.
I didn't expect Ilia to be that strong of a favourite, but yeah, I think he's more likely to win. However, he seems kind of smallish for a lightweight, so his performance is a big question mark.
