I don't know why people are doubting Ten Hag and thinking he cannot do much in the club, he is not a bad coach and can definitely manage a team like Leverkusen easily because there is no pressure of any kind in the team like it was was at Manchester United. Manchester United made the job more difficult and complicated for the coaches because they are desperate to become better and didn't want to give coaches enough time to figure things out.
This is a very good opportunity for Ten Hag to redeem himself and I am sure he would also not want to blow it. The German League is not so hard as the premier league and Leverkusen is a well established team already and so they will have access to few good players to make the job easy for him.
If he succeeds then he is definitely not a coach for the big teams.
I don't blame people that don't trust ten Hag its normal for people to think that way because even when Kompany became the coach of Bayern people talked about him not been competent and he did perfectly okay and Ten issue was because of is past experience because even when he was coaching Manchester United there was no progress at all. Leverkusen might be easy since it's already made club it should not be difficult for him.to manage, Leverkusen just needs a little of pushes so that they will be able to do something extra ordinary.
And there is always hope as far as it is Leverkusen they will always do everything in there power to actually see if they will.be able to win they have done it before they can still do it again and if Ten Hag is able to win then it will actually help them build a good reputation and clubs will actually want him because of what he has won already and this is one of the reasons why I think his going to do well. And he might have been redeemed but another thing is that Manchester United is just another club that needs a more than ten Hag to be resurrected.
