When your mindset about gambling is just for entertainment, you can’t really expect to win.. just my observation. Because when I’m not serious about it, like when I treat it lightly especially in sports betting, I don’t study the games before placing bets. I usually end up losing more. I don’t lose big, but if you look at the record, it’s not profitable or even close to break-even.

But when I start believing that I can actually be profitable, that’s when I do the work. I study the games before betting, and that’s when I start getting better results.
At some point, betting blindly will certainly end up in loss. Although we don't have the high assurance of winning, if we want to increase our winning odds, we also have to spend time on analysis. But of course, those who are just doing this for entertainment will find this unnecessary. We can't force them either.

It becomes clear to us that not all who bet are gamblers. Some are just giving their support to their favorite team, and they don't care whether they lose or win, because what they want is to enjoy watching.

Gambling for fun doesn't mean you should bet blindly you just have to place your bet enjoy the process and carry it at the back of your mind that it not your means of making money that alone would help you to bet with what you can afford to lose and also understand that it's a 50/50 chance. To cut long story short bet what you can afford to lose so the process would be fun and entertaining without remorse.
