Liverpool agreed to sell Quansah for 35 Million Euros to Leverkusen, I don't know if this is a lose for Liverpool or not. His value is actually fair for 35 Million Euros because his performance isn't that good even he had been played for 2 years in Liverpool.
But, Quansah might able to improve and upgrade his level because he' still young.
35 million Euros for Quansah is a fair price in my opinion unlike some other clubs which would have tagged an amount not lesser than 50 million to sign him but Liverpool have been considerate and fair with their price. Leverkusen seems like a good choice for him in terms of development and getting playing time.

What fair for him would be 20 million or so like Transfermarkt would make it a lot better. What we are seeing here is unfair and Leverkusen paid top money for him. While it is true that Leverkusen made a ton of money from the Wirtz sale and that is why they feel like they can spend 35 on a guy whose worth is 20, but that is still a mistake.
The only reason why Leverkusen paid this much, is because the player is at Liverpool and Liverpool do not "need" money, you can only get players for cheap if they want to get rid of a player, or you would have to overpay for them and they overpaid in this case. That is why it's quite a tough deal for Leverkusen, to pay back some of that wirtz money back to Liverpool, but I hope they can get the best out of him.
