They keep mentioning that bitcoin is seen as digital gold by many. But I think a lot of young people being interested in bitcoin is also due to its technology since we know that a lot of youngsters nowadays are quite tech savvy. A lot of young people are now making their own tokens. Are there other reasons for why youngsters are interested in bitcoin now?
I often hang out in coffee shops and now the issue of bitcoin has become quite a hot discussion among young people and they are starting to be open to approaching it in different ways. The reasons may vary because bitcoin has become a fairly expensive asset so in their view bitcoin is one of the best. On the other hand, some young people know the term hedging and this makes them more interested in learning it.
But there are also many who know bitcoin in the wrong way, where they think bitcoin can make someone rich in a short time by utilizing trading and most of them fail to achieve that and eventually stop.
