When the price of an asset suddenly drops, you
DIP it. It is better to invest in this confidence that it will increase again in the future.
Some dips happens for a short term, but others happens because the project itself has issues. Issues like maybe poor management, total abandonment etc. That is why every dip isn't a buying opportunity. Buying blindly into every dip without getting to know what caused that dip is simply unwise. Based on what you said on confidence, I would say this
The Crypto market is highly volatile and as such Confidence without Research is Null Before one invest into any dip, this are the questions you are meant to ask yourself:
1)
Is the project a solid one? 2)
Is there any tangible reason that this project will bounce back or recover? If your answers to this is uncertain, it is better to wait it out
Our focus and interest on this thread is
Bitcoin we don't care about any projects and shitcoins in and outside the crypto market. Bitcoin has built a solid reputation from the time of it's creation till now and anybody that is not in Bitcoin investment is either that they don't have knowledge about it or they know and choose not to invest, not because it's not profitable. If you check the history of Bitcoin from the time of it's creation till now and understand that it's decentralized and has a limited supply you won't doubt that it'll continue to hit new ATH.
We have enough confidence that Bitcoin will continue to increase in price on the long term, so as it is now Bitcoin don't have to prove anything else. Bitcoin reputation precedes it and wise investors are accumulating and holding as much as they can. They know that from it's historical pattern that in the next couple of circles that they will be richer with multiplied ROI.
