Update your first post and include this evidence. For some reason this is the standard procedure of Rollbit when they found a connection on your account to other account regardless if it’s really you or connected via common IP if you connect on public IP with same Rollbit player.
This issue is very hard to resolved and need to seek arbitration services from Askgambler or Casinoguru.
