That's usually a VPN issue, especially on slow free VPNs, either it times out the captcha so you fail the challenge too or it fails to load from the start.
Was this happening on your normal IP, provided by the ISP or with a VPN?

Either way, it works flawlessly for me right now, laptop/mobile Windows/Android on 3 random IPs.
