Yes, Barcelona's performance this season was much better and what they achieved is certainly commendable. Compared to Madrid, the Barcelona team has worked much harder this season and they have seen the results of their hard work in several leagues. However, Real Madrid has faced a lot of losses this season and they have not achieved anything this season but have failed. Of course, Barcelona should be praised because they have played great this season where they have become champions by leaving Real Madrid behind. It is not to be denied that Barcelona is not a good team but Barcelona is an extraordinary team for this season.
However, at present, every team is recruiting good players in the transfer market so that their teams are stronger and able to achieve something good later. But Barcelona may be currently financially normal, which is why they are not doing this, especially the manager of the Barcelona team may not be recruiting good players.  However, if the Barcelona team cannot perform their best this coming season, and fails, it will definitely be due to their financial crisis and not bringing players into the team.
Watching La Liga week in, week out, and you would know that what is really cooking at Barca is top-to-bottom structural change. Flick inherited a club on life support financially, played the youth card better than anyone, and managed to win a domestic treble when Madrid were in their so-called "galáctico" era. At 17, Yamal is dropping more assists and big opportunities than the whole midfield of some clubs

On the other hand, Madrid did not simply lose. They were torn apart in all Clásico (16-7 aggregate!) and that is not just a matter of luck or hard work. It is the cost of constructing to moments, not to the grind. They gambled on Mbappe magic and got the most expensive gallery in Europe... without a league or cup to show. Depth? Non-existent when you have to call Lucas Vázquez a starter in 2025

And regarding transfers, of course, everyone loves a $80M signing, but what is the ROI on buying depth for the sake of it if they cannot even get on the pitch when it counts? Flick’s approach, forced or not, works in a league marathon. The financial handcuffs may come to bite later, especially if the revenues at Camp Nou level off, but at the moment, Barca have showed that you can out-coach, out-train, and out-trust your way past even the richest
