Yes but since they are still full of capable player this can be used by Xabi Alonso as an opportunitie to give more minutes to the new players or players like Arda Guler and others who lack minutes in the start of the season and see if them can still in the team.

Xabi Alonso can use the young players who were short of minutes to get more minutes in the CWC matches, but Alonso also cannot ignore the other players because the Real Madrid team really needs a complete overhaul in order to get back to their true strength next season.
