Lol, Arsenal is one team in the league that's supposed to be actively doing something worth it in this transfer window, but it's same old Arsenal where they will scout and follow a player for, even after the team has given them a price tag, they will still wait until another will come from nowhere to steal such a players signature. It has happened over time and I'm not surprised to see how Arsenal is currently doing in this transfer window.
Arsenal's activity in the transfer market is actually always quite good. However, the problem is that Arsenal rarely makes extraordinary player transfers. They mostly just make transfers of ordinary players whose quality may actually be the same as the player who left. For example, bringing in Nørgaard to replace the position left by Thomas Partey. I personally think that these two players seem to be the same in terms of quality and even their ages are almost the same, that is, they are almost no longer young. However, what is clear is that Nørgaard will need time to adapt which could actually cause Arsenal to experience a slight decline. Meanwhile, if Arsenal kept Thomas Partey, maybe it would be a little better for Arsenal. because retaining old players will not require re-adaptation which can waste time.

But in terms of quality, perhaps Arsenal will be able to maintain their quality. But what all fans hope for is improvement in this team. Because this team hasn't won a championship for too long. And always being ranked second will only make this team an object of ridicule in the last few seasons. Next season Arsenal must prove they can succeed. Because if not then criticism will rain down on this team.

I agree with you, if you think about it, Arsenal is certainly quite active in the transfer market, but yes, in bringing in new players, they are always less Popular players, yes, they can be classified as ordinary, such as the arrival of Norgaard from Brentford to replace Thomas Partey. But yes, it is true that it would be right for Arsenal to retain Thomas Partey because it is certainly different from new players who certainly need time to adapt. But of course, with the arrival of Norgaard, there must be a different sensation even though we will not know how it will be later.

It is true that now, of course, Arsenal must be really serious about next season because of course if Arsenal does not win a trophy next season, it will certainly disappoint Arsenal fans and there will certainly be a lot of harsh criticism for Arsenal because it has been a long time since Arsenal won a trophy.

Yes, of course, Arteta will try to make Arsenal better next season and I also hope that Martin can officially join Arsenal because of course it will also help Arsenal and hopefully he can adapt well quickly. but of course in this case Arteta must work hard because of course it will not be easy in the coming season to compete with other clubs who are currently certainly all preparing for next season.
I agree with you that Arsenal have been busy. They blow money, and most of their new faces are not exactly setting the YouTube comps on fire. You say Norgaard’s “ordinary”? Remember, the whole Arsenal approach in the past years is "safe floor > risky ceiling". They will always sign the solid player over the news-maker. When fit, Partey can be different class but the issue is: he is NEVER fit! The guy missed nearly a season of games over three years; it is a points drain you can literally track. The win rate of Arsenal goes down to 50% from 71% when Partey is not available. I would prefer to have a 7/10 there 35 games than a 9/10 18 games

About adaptation, the new signings may take months to settle. Arsenal seek out "PL-proven" because they are desperate to avoid the adaptation tax that has cost them points in early seasons (which always comes back to haunt them in May). Norgaard is the system man: unsexy but reliable

The fans desire fireworks, but the board of Arsenal desire insurance. And yes, criticism will be brutal if they not cross the line at last. Three years of "almost-men" and the knives are out. Unless Arteta can win a trophy with this, you wonder if the club is just too scared to take that one, final, expensive gamble. Zubimendi would at least show some interest, but they NEED that world-class striker
