The problem is now solved earlier. This is because the Cloudflare WARP VPN is slow and there is no problem with the IP or ISP everything is running well now.
Because I always have a habit of activating Claudflare WARP on my PC because with this I can access several sites but do not change any IP so I keep activating this.

Good to see your problem was fixed. I use Cloudflare Warp VPN as well. But my case is different. It usually increases the speed for me and helps me access some blocked websites. I just tried to access BetBolt.com while Cloudflare WARP VPN is turned ON, and I can still access the website. I assume it is because of your ISP issues, which may get slow sometimes. Sometimes, try enabling/disabling the VPN connection, which might help you in such cases.
