With Enrique, PSG can have a coach who is able to work with the club's owner, board members and players very comfortably without severe internal conflicts like other coaches such as Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte. If PSG can give good offer to Luis Enrique to convince him staying with them for a long term, their club will have very good future in coming years with him and many young talented players.
I think Enrique will already have a lot of respect at PSG and even if the team goes through some difficult moments they will give him enough time to fix the situation. If everything goes well I believe PSG will want to extend Enrique’s contract for as long as possible because this season he has proven that he can achieve top results with young players. It was a big experiment and probably a certain risk when he started building such a young team but he managed to win the Champions League with them and that is a huge achievement for him.
