I don't blame him for retiring, if he doesn't feel like fighting anymore, he shouldn't. Nobody should be forced to put their health on the line. But he should've sat himself down and made up his mind much sooner than this. Dragging things for that long when he was not interested in having that fight was a d*ck move and a shameful way of finishing his career.
Jon Jones has never been a good guy. He was planning to retire after Stipe Miocic fight but then he said that he changed his mind, then he agreed with Dana White about the fight against Tom Aspinall, then he said no in the last moments (officially) and wasted Aspinall's time. As a fighter, he was amazing but not the GOAT because when you abuse steroids to gain advantage over other people, you are not really the GOAT. You are the GOAT when you fight naturally against others (naturals). But his talent can't be denied, fight was into his blood, inside and outside the octagon.
I predict that that big headed Topuria will have Do Bronx's knee in his jaw which will give Do Bronx a chance to get the rear naked chokehold.
You wanted to say, Ilia Tapturo, right? I think that Topuria is winning that. Despite the fact that Charles is one of my favorite person, I think that Ilia has the power to beat him because he knocked out Max Holloway, who is 2cm taller than Charles (AFAIK) and Ilia will be much stronger in this fight because of additional 10lbs.
