Hi everyone! I'm still new here and trying to improve my post quality. I’ve read a lot about the merit system and understand it's important for ranking up, but I’m not sure what exactly makes a post “merit-worthy.” Is it about length, research, or timing? I’d love to know what type of content usually earns merit and what mistakes I should avoid as a beginner. Any tips or advice would be appreciated!
Based on my observation for a month, there are several points you have to do to get them. Some can be easy to do, some are difficult if you are not an expert. The most general sentence I can say is to be as useful as possible, then that sentence breaks down into 2 basic points:
(1) Helpful.
(2) Informative.
You can go to
Bitcoin Technical Support & see how users there help each other, it is not easy as it requires proper skills & knowledge. If you try to be a expert wannabe, you may end up in
Users who spread false/fake/unhelpful information on technical board. Skills and knowledge describe how helpful you can be, so you need to improve your skills & knowledge by studying & discussing here.
Regarding informative, I remember a thread on
Beginners & Help where @albon made a warning thread, it really helped, I dropped 2 merits there.

From these examples, we can conclude it's all about being a useful user. Good luck bros @Dhadse55 !
