The kind of type of coach will really go a long way in determining how the club might go, Ten Hang has the autocratic kind of leadership style which may not really go down well with most players. It was really evident in his time at Manchester United, he wasn't successful in the club yet acted as though he's won everything with them. Bayern Leverkusen won't be as competitive as they were under Alonso with Ten Hang that's my opinion.
Ten might just be what they need because there is no one readier to work than a new coach. They know their job is at stake, so they will do everything in their power to actually make sure they are winning something because they will want to prove that they are the one for the job, because if the management is not getting what they want,, then the next thing is going to be on the next bus so satisfying the club is going to be there prority, lets hope that ten hag is going to bring hope to the club, and i feel we should not but balme for manchetser united for not succeding i think the club have a problem on its own.
