I can say, that the crypto industry has been a life changer for me, honestly back then when I hear about cryptocurrency bitcoin to be precise I just feel a bunch of people trying to scam me of the little money I had. But then a friend of mine who I would always be grateful to, introduced me to crypto.

Personally I got to know about bitcoin as at the time when Ponzi scheme was really rampant and that was around 2016/2017 and trust me, I wasn’t a single part of those Ponzi scheme not just because I didn’t want to, I didn’t have the barest minimum amount to invest and the sad stories of people making away with other people’s money made it worst for me and when bitcoin was introduced to me, I felt it was same with those Ponzi schemes, so I didn’t want to get involved with it so I could possibly be at a more safer side.
No regrets, only lessonsWas unemployment also a contributing factor to your Bitcoin/crypto journey?
If yes, how did it happen?
It wasn't but the fear of poverty was my motivation because I got into Bitcoin while still being a student so I wasn't worried about being employed or not as I was still studying. What made me pick interest in Bitcoin and the crypto industry at large was when I found out about the earning potential the industry holds and I have always wanted to be part of a new class of investment/earning opportunity and Bitcoin tick all the box. Bitcoin isn't a job so if I had a job, I would had still had interest in Bitcoin. You don't have to quit your job to invest in Bitcoin, infact you become a better investor when you get a job that can fund your investments.
Sincerely, it wasn’t the fear of unemployment that drove my zeal for bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large but the quest to be able to do things at my own time(flexibility) while managing my health was my top priority and when bitcoin opportunity presented itself the second time, I had to give it a shot and trust me, every step was worth it and also agree with you that, when we have a good job, we are in a more better position to invest more since bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large isn’t a job.
