I don't know. I just don't see it. Topuria is really good at wrestling and jiu-jitsu. Submitting guys at this level is really hard especially when they have solid grappling game like Topuria. If Oliveira is to win, it'd probably be by decission or KO.

If he add more meat to fit in lightweight, would it be an advantage? He will lose in speed. And his opponent has 40+ fights experience, 15 years in UFC. He has collected damage over that time, that is a huge disadvantage. But the rest what Oliveira has is better than Ilia has. Boxing vs Muay Thai, bjj level is better, bigger in size (might even easily fit in welterweigth), reach advantage.
