What I have noticed with the Forum altcointalk also, is that, most of the feature there are directly opposite what we have here for example.
Not directly opposite to this forum but we all get your point. Things are so much different there and I believe it's just the forum trying to be different in its own way. We don't expect it to be a xerox of BTT, do we? That would be a display of lack of depth in innovation, in my opinion, if the site does that.
While not holding brief for that site, we can also point out that altcoinstalks has a mechanism where accounts alleged to have committed any wrong are judged and if found guilty, certain amount of money in the site's native token is paid to free it and remove the tag on it. We don't have that at BTT.
Also, new registrations are asked to pay a certain evil fee here as penance for a crime one never committed. Altcoinstalks is free registration.
Anyway, OP I got your point on that. I even made a post on that thread yesterday or so concerning the absence of a delete button, and in its place a "Modify" button. Nonetheless, in all this, we should understand that there's no perfect system anywhere in the world.
