Victor Osimhen is a very good player. However, I don’t think Osimhen will be moving to Liverpool because, if I could remember, the player has been wanting to play for Chelsea for some seasons now. I think once his contract expires with Napoli, he may decide to move to Chelsea since they are willing to pay for everything just to get the player. So I don’t think Liverpool will get Osimhen; moreover, they won’t take it too seriously; they got new players to strengthen the squad.
So far, speculation about Osimhen future is still full of questions. Galatasaray is very interested in making Osimhen status permanent from Napoli. A number of Premier League clubs, starting from Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and most recently Liverpool are rumored to be interested in recruiting Osimhen, but none have come close to reality.
So far I have not heard any of these clubs make an official offer, as far as I remember Chelsea did, but that was last season. Clubs from the Saudi Pro League are also in the competition, but I believe their offer is last on Osimhen priority list. Juventus are also rumored to be interested, but I don't think they will be able to meet Napoli demands.
I think you've mentioned the major part of the reason delaying the deal in your last line of statement which is regarding Napolis demand.
I guess this is where the problem also lies with the rest of other clubs in the race of adding Victor Osimhen into their team, the terms of sealing up Osimhen's deal is high for this clubs to come in agreement with, I suspect this is the why the Nigerian striker isn’t fully aware where his future career will be at the moment, but I sense Osimhen is very much interested in moving to any of these English Premier league clubs more than he will prefer going elsewhere.
