The arb betting accusations dropped finally -which was ridiculous all the way- and they returned back to value betting narrative which is not illegal even according to their terms.
xyes employee god of thunder changed his negative trust feedback he wrote for me from arb betting to value betting accusation, which is again , not illegal, but it still doesnt stop them to confiscate my winnings, despite the fact that not 1 casino on earth steals your winnings cos of a value betting accusation. they just pay you and block you. arb betting narrative was thrown by them just to be able to confiscate the winnings but now since its gone, theres no base left for that too.
most likely the other user who had a problem with xyes didnt have anything to do with arb betting either and they just accused him for nothing too.
theres absolutely no proof provided by the casino in neither cases. some called out for some `trusted` member of the forum to negotiate, one of them said that he doesnt think neither arbitrage nor value betting should be illegal, its ridiculous so he wouldnt even argue that. the other guy holydarkness has zero clue about how anything works about sportsbetting and he keeps believing every word xyes tells him, although they are proven liars about their fake licence, number of members etc etc
so the situation comes to a dead end apparently and my guess is casino is trying to get out of this with as less damage as they can take.. offering a partial payback to users through holydarkness to close it up, as he keeps offering a new number every message despite the fact that he told us that he ll never get involved with this case every again.
its pretty sad to accept the fact that the `trusted` users of this gambling forum actually taking a huge involvement with casinos they work with and trying to discredit and silence the users in any way they can, with their butt-budies or `gang members` as another user mentioned early. as i said before, i dont have any sympathy or trust left for the users here who promote some casino in their avatars, signatures etc
