Unfortunately, yes. Soon all the casinos will have mandatory KYC. At least any significant casino will, if not already. You see stake which is among the most reputed casinos, they too demand KYC now and place users in withdraw-only mode. I am not against them because they allowed people to play without KYC for as long as they could, but they do have legal obligations, especially once they grow as big as they are.
Now new casinos operate without KYC but once they get big enough, they follow the suit. It's pretty obvious that anyone who wants to run a successful casino on a large scale has to make KYC mandatory otherwise they get surrounded by legal issues.
the problem is when a certain casino ends up receiving a ton of customers, they also get a ton of attention and they end up being noticed by the government at that point they have two choices which is to shut down or follow the government to keep operating and when you are a business that is starting to make huge profit, you do not sacrifice that and instead you do whatever is required for you to keep making said profits.
