I have nothing against wanting to invest in altcoins. But I do believe that only very few and close to little altcoins will reach new ATHs. Maybe they will just rise for a few times but ethereum or xrp may not reach their ATHs again. There are other reasons why one would want to invest in altcoins like transactions purposes but I believe if you are hoping to see a coin reach new ATHs this cycle, it will only be bitcoin.

Not opposing people's desire to invest in altcoins is a form of support for freedom in the crypto space.
If people can't afford Bitcoin, they can still partake in altcoins as a first step towards the ultimate goal of Bitcoin.
As strong as well-known altcoins like Ethereum or XRP and others are, they are not as strong as Bitcoin.
Regarding all high time, Bitcoin is still open to opportunities to continue to occur in each period. So what about altcoins, no comment from me. Open space to analyze further.

There is indeed no prohibition on investing in altcoins because this is a person's freedom. However, I also believe that no matter how good the altcoin ecosystem or other advanced features are, Bitcoin remains number one in the crypto world and having it is a must to achieve financial freedom in the future. Bitcoin will continue to create new ATHs, especially after entering the four-year cycle, Bitcoin always rises significantly. Sometimes many beginners follow suit in buying altcoins, in reality they invest in altcoins with the ultimate goal of being diverted to bitcoin. So be wise in making decisions in investing in crypto.

Moreover, Altcoins are very difficult to predict, even most of the altcoin increases are based on Bitcoin's growth, when Bitcoin rises, altcoins also rise, and vice versa. ETH and XRP are good, but these two altcoins are not as strong as bitcoin, even if you want to invest in altcoins, it is better for the short term and you also have to see good moments and analysis too.
