We have this in our terms specifically regarding verification of gameplay results, in the case that we suspect a user has exploited our games to get undeserved funds.
I agree it could be worded more clearly. I will discuss internally about potentially adjusting docs etc.
We have been operating for over two years and you will not find an example of us ever asking for user identification.
