It's very hard to compare the voting on the Crawford vs Spence fight. Yeah, during that time, both are in their primes and it looks like a great fight in paper, but in the actual fight it's a total domination by Crawford. But this is in the welterweight division, that was Crawford's comfortable weight, although we all know that fighters move up in division if there are no more competitions in that weight class. But when Crawford went to super welterweight or 154 lbs, he almost lost his fight. And so he will have to climb to 168 lbs to fight Canelo here. It might be a big factor for him though, and we need to take this into consideration.
On the betting side, it’s safer to stick with Canelo as he definitely has the edge in terms of experience and resume. But if you're looking for more excitement and believe Crawford has what it takes to beat the champ, then he's worth backing.
either way, I don’t think this will be a one-sided fight as both guys are tough and durable, so it’ll likely go to the judges' scorecards. I personally think Crawford’s speed will be the difference, and that might be enough for him to pull off the win.
That is true, I don't think that there will be one side beating here. Sure Crawford is going up in weight class, but it seems that he is very confident and motivated and he could be just walking up in this weight as he is also as tall as Canelo is.
And then we are talking about the trilogy already. And it could be because we all know that this is two of the best boxers right now. If we talk about speed, then maybe Crawford has the edge, but I think the power is still with Canelo here.
Still along way to go, so maybe most of us here are not yet betting into this fight.
