Bitcoin acceptance is a product of its Volatility and would drop in any event of continuous stability. Bitcoin is an asset and not just a currency, so you can't expect it to be stable. If one needs a stable currency, let him go for the fiats. Even if it becomes stable, there would be a mass withdrawal which would still open it up to volatility.

In a word, Bitcoin will never be stable any day. But yes Bitcoin can fluctuate in a specific place as we can see a few days ago (104k - 105k). But Bitcoin will always be unstable. The way Bitcoin has become valuable to all people day by day. So everyone will hold Bitcoin and Bitcoin will be more upward. Since Bitcoin will not be more than 21 million, no matter how much Bitcoin is sold. Large companies will buy it effortlessly and the BTC will rise up with twice the power. That's why Bitcoin will never be stable.
