If it's being regulated then KYC is unavoidable. People should accept that those KYC verification are compulsory whether they like it or not. While doing it really has some risks as we expose our identity to unknown people but we can't put the blame on online casinos as they are just doing what's required to legally operate and safe from authorities.
I think there will always be unregulated casinos, it is inevitable, people want to be quiet and play their money anonymously and without the need to put on the kyc and put on their papers, asking to put on it for some is impossible for many reasons, so they will always exist
