I'm expecting to see more progress in Leverkusen not leadership of Erik Ten Hag because you will start with a better team that already built with teamwork the work here is very easy compared to that of Manchester United when things are very rough and the expectation are very high. IT result to two things when they expectation are very high, it either the team improve with high chances or decline without any recovery easily, Manchester United problems is very complicated because even after Erik Ten Hag left the team they are still badly to make it to the top hopefully maybe this season something could we come out from their effort. Erik Ten Hag been in Leverkusen is going to be a great advantage for him because he met a team that is very strong and they are also named among the top team in Bundesliga, so only small effort is required to make a name shine again.
Yea the work here will be very easy for Ten Hag because he met a good team just as you said but this will also expose many things about him if he is actually a good Manager or not, despite anything I think he didn't do much for Manchester United, he messed up in the club because he doesnt what to listen to may other person except the things he wants to do, yea at a time his former club was lacking players which we know and the ones present as at then was even confused in the football field but I will also say that Ten Hag ran out of ideas then too, now he is here in Leverkusen that has everything he needs definitely there will be expectations from the management of the club, less see what he can offer.
Leverkusen are a very good and organized team and they performed well last season and won the German league title and this season their performance was also excellent so it will be easy for Ten Hag to manage the team if he does not overdo it. If the thing is that the previous manager changes everything and puts players of his choice in the starting eleven and manages the team with a different strategy then the performance will be bad. I think if he does that the Leverkusen fans will never accept this so he will try to manage the team within his means. If Leverkusen performs better under him then his team management will be praised but if he cannot manage the team properly and if the team does badly under him then he will be considered as a bad manager as he was before.
