Update from Bitpanda after being aware that there was a thread here :

"Thank you for letting us know that the refund still hasn’t arrived and that the other platform has confirmed the funds have not reached a wallet address belonging to them.

We are currently double-checking things on our end, and we can see that the original deposit to your LTC wallet was sent from 10 different wallet addresses, totaling 40 LTC.

To help us investigate further: could you tell us why the deposit came from multiple addresses? And if the other platform does not recognize these addresses, do you know who might have sent the funds?

Other update from Stake, they are refusing to keep the support ticket opened and are now telling me that the funds recovery team can't send me emails properly  (i receive all their bullshit spams and promotions without any issues since years) :
