the real question should be for bit panda = WHY they send 40 LTC to just one of the multi address?
If they want refund transaction ... besides to just not askinig info to receiver... why sent all funds to one address that has send barely 0.02 LTC!?! No sense...
Know they don't accept claims, technically they have done their part... you can just ask to stake to look into it.
Unfortunately in all exlchanges and similar sites that manages deposit these issues happens and requires a lot of effort for resolution
