This case is even worse than I thought. When I did arbitration I always had to get permission. There are laws such as GDPR in Europe and a privacy law in Curacao after LOK. Sportsbooks can't even share information with other sportsbooks even if they use the same 3rd party identity verification such as Veriff. I just assumed you gave everyone permission because so many were digging into your account.
With this new development, Holydarkness should make his decision on if this is a scam or not ignoring all the fake documents from XYes. All he has to do is look at the bet slips and talk to people that are veteran sports gamblers. This should solve the 5 second case.
Don't use efialtis. He went against the governing body for sports betting fraud investigation. The governing body said that games were obviously fixed by looking at the betslips alone. efialtis didn't understand the betslips. He didn't listen to fraud investigation and said there was no evidence. Then he gave negative trust to Fairlay. Need someone like flexie80.
You're pretty naive if you think these scammers ever heard of any privacy law. How many people already said that they saw our account details, holy, g.o.t and god knows who else. Even when they ask for your documents they don't use a third party identification service and just ask to send by email. Then they hilariously claim that all documents are safe with encryption lmao.
